Education Qualification
Flying branch: A must-have bachelor’s degree from a recognized university With 60 % & 12th Passed with 60% marks in Each Physics & Maths.
Ground Duty Technical: Degree from a recognized university With 60 % marks.
Ground Duty Non-Technical: Degree from a government recognized University with Physics, Mathematics, chemistry, statistic, International Relations, Defence studies, Psychology, computer science, IT, Management, Mass Communication etc. with a 50% marks in aggregate all papers put together in Post.

- 3 marks awarded for each correct answer
- 1 mark is deducted for each wrong answer

Height : Flying Branch – 162.5 cm
Ground duty (Tech-Non tech) : Male -157.5 cm | Female -152 cm

Syllabus (AFCAT)
English
Idioms and Phrases, Analogy, Sentence Rearranging, Substitution in a Sentence/ One Word Substitution, Comprehension, Detect Error in Sentence, Sentence Completion/ Filling in of correct word, Synonym/ Antonym, Cloze Test or Fill in the Gaps in a paragraph.
General Awareness:
Numerical Ability:
Logical Reasoning & Military Aptitude:
Verbal and Non- Verbal Reasoning. Questions from the numerical ability section will be matriculation level. It is class 10th level in the context of India. Questions from all other sections will be graduation level (as per the Indian universities), as prescribed in the AFCAT exam pattern.
